I inherited my mother’s Elna Carina. Unfortunately, the power cord and user’s manual were not with the machine when I received it. Does anyone know where I can purchase these items? The Elna website is not very helpful and I have not been successful in my online search for these items.

Perhaps you need to go back to that website and look for the nearest dealer who might be more help. Also when looking for that dealer look not necessarily at the one that is closest but has been in business longer as it is an older machine the older dealer may have it in stock instead of having to order it. Also the older dealer will more likely know the model that you have. Good luck.
