Ok, I have my machine and am looking for some embroidery designs that ARE NOT the cute bears and Santa sort of stuff. I’ve found Threads embroidery designs and love them. Does anyone else know of other sources that let a little creativity in?

OESD has a few things that aren't those dreadful cutesy. and if you want heavenly monograms, go to embroidaryarts.com
Wow! Thanks alot! I love them! Have you tried http://www.criswell-emb.com I love their snowflakes. They work best in poly thread. Everyones getting them this Christmas. Thanks again.
those are nice. I fashioned a black lace mantilla by using standard lace with no border and putting ornate lace scallops along the edges of the mantilla by sandwiching the edge in heavy dissovable stabilizer. the effect is terrific and I am quite proud of it.
some of dakota designs aren't too cutesy. I have something from one company called zingers which are just abstract shapes and combinations of doodles which are great for all over effects.
Just found something else that seems to work just great! Vanish Magic water soluble stabilizer. It looks as though it has fibers in it and it holds up well to heavy lace embroidery. I rehoop over a large piece to fully utilize it and it stands up to the rehooping too. Then it just washes all away with a little warm water. I'm a snowflake making fool!.
super cool !! where do I buy it?
