I am looking for information on a what I think is a sewing technique called European style single needle tailoring. Has anyone here ever heard of it? Any help is appreciated.

Marcia, I have always understood the term "single needle tailoring" to mean that a factory-made garment was made with one person doing all of the sewing (i.e., the "single" needle), as opposed to passing it down an assembly line.
