Fabric Buying Trips

I am wanting to take a fabric buying – sewing vacation next year.  I am thinking about going with ASG to Hong Kong, but I was just wondering if there are any other interesting and fun trips going on.  Anyone have any ideas?

    I've heard of quilting retreats on cruise ships to Alaska.  However, try looking up your favorite sewing book author or sewing educator, and finding out their schedule - they may be leading or participating in a workshop somewhere that might be an interesting destination for you.  For example, here is Rosemary Eichorn's schedule:
