Fabric Covered Shoes

ferny | Posted in Talk With Us on

Does anyone have a resource for a company that will cover shoes in fabric to match my mother of the bride dress?

have you contacted local shoe repair shops? my mom took a course in doing that back in the 60's but she doesn't have the materials (manual) anymore, nor does she remember anything.

Have you checked ads in Threads?  I think maybe I have seen them.

Bridal shops usually sell fabric covered shoes that they will dye a solid color to match your fabric.

If you happen to live near Chicago, Illinois, Vogue Fabrics offers a one afternoon class at their Evanston store in covering shoes with fabric.  I have not taken this class so I'm afraid I can't offer any other info.
