Can a reader of the group please help me out? I am going to Dusseldorf (Germany) and I wondered if there is someone who can tell me where to buy fabric, for dresses, skirts etc. I will be there only 2 days and want to use my time as efficient as possible.

To be quite honest, EVERYTHING clothing related seems to be horribly expensive. My sister (architect in former East Germany) always saves her clothing related shopping for her trips to the US.
I usually speak to her weekly, so will ask on my next "visit" and post her response.

I know how costly it is to shop in Europe, I go to different cities yearly, but the fabrics I can get there, I think is not to get at all in our part of the country, so I would I would like to ask, where do you get your fabrics? Do you know of good catalog houses for fabrics. If you do please let me know!
