Is the Faux Fur Series that just completed the same as the DVD? Does the DVD have additional information that was not included in the Series?
Thank you!

Hi, Ann,
Yes, the series on our website here offers the same content as the DVD. We have combined some chapters here, but haven't left anything out.

I say that "faux fur" jas been around much longer, for clothing, thaN only recently; years ago I got a nice cape pattern, and instead of cloth,I went to cut-rate upholstery fabric store and bought very dark-brown,almost black shiny faux fur upholstery fabric for it.It was a good thing a friend helped me with the more difficult parts cause it called for a big zipper right down the front --and all the FUR got in the zipper! We had to carefully SHAVE DOWN the fur next to the zipper and it still luckily looked fine.I got comments on it that people thought it was REAL FUR when I wore it--so I became aware that faux fur used in upholstery jobs could sub for fur in clothing.--Sewing with fake fur does have different "challenges". But my black fur cape has continued its resilance jusst as if it were high quality REAL FUR--i would highly recommend sewing with faux fur,it was very rewarding.
