Have you used Jalie patterns - http://www.jalie.com - once you have the basic body fitting really well, it is easy to change the design adding inserts, skirts, etc. I guess you have tried Kwik-sew as I see they have a new pattern. I used to sew all my daughter's outfits, but she has finally left home.
*Tryed Stretch and Sew.com???
