Finding Good Pillow Forms

ctirish | Posted in General Discussion on

About 6 weeks ago I made some floor pillows for my daughter’s family room. I was down there this past weekend and they are  comletely flat. You would never know they were soft and fluffy when I made the pillows.  The pillows are 24 X 24 and that is the size pillow form I put in the case.  Does anyone know where I can get forms that will be able to handle the activity of two little ones?  They are used everyday as anything from a pillow to a landing pad for jumping.  It is discouraging to put all the effort into making them so they go with the decor and then to find them looking like pancakes after 2 months.

I've had really good luck with pillow inserts from The Company Store.  They have a variety of pillows from hypo-allergenic fillings to down filled.  Also a really good variety of sizes and prices.    Their website is:

    Good luck!

fluff filled pillows probably won't  'do the trick' ; try high density foam.  JoAnn fabrics usually sells it, it is green. It can be cut to shape with an electric knife.
