Hi everyone,
My friend just got a suit from another friend and it fits perfect. There is one problem. On the sleeve there is a horizonal pull. Is there any way this can be fixed? It is beautiful otherwise and she is so excited about it. Please help her. She wants to wear tomorrow.

Is it the loop you need to hid or is there a line of pull? You can snag the loop from the wrong side with a fine crochet hook and pull it to the wrong side, I do this all the time with small pulls in sweaters and fabric. But if the pull has left a line you could try to ease the thread back to its natural place with a pin or needle. I admit this is rather difficult, also depends on how big the pull is. OR you could sew some trim around each sleeve to cover it up. Good luck.
Thanks Alexandra. I knew about pulling the loop down, but didn't know about a line of pull.Marcy

find the loop and just work it and ease it along to relieve the pressure.
if you can't see a loop, emergency measure is to follow the pulled thread to the seam and clip it-- just that one-- and ease it back. use your fingers (clean clean clean) and a needle to coax it along.
Thanks MSM-S,We will see if she can work it smooth after cutting that one thread. I told her, like the television commercial, "I had people". She wants people. I knew you all wouldn't fail me.Marcy
