Half Size Dress Form

Where can I purchase a alf size dress from. The type dress designers use. I believe it’s half the size of a size 10 dress form.
It looks small, as if it just a home decoration object.
I believe a company named Wolfe, in New York, manufactures it…but I can’t find it.
Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hi Betty,

I bought my first Wolfe dress form from the fashion design school I was attending. If you live near a major urban area try that. The schools typically get a discount since they buy so many and they might pass it on to you. The other big name is Modern Model.

If you don't have any luck there you can try Dress Rite. I bought my second form from them and they offer the full range of industry sizes (pants and men's too) plus a semi-custom option which allows you to change a few of the model's measurements to better match your own. They don't have a web site but I have seen them advertised in Threads.

    Here's their phone and address:

    hope this helps,
