Hi. I’m doing research on needle sales and wondered if anyone here could tell me where I might find information on annual US hand sewing needle sales figures. Ideally, I’d like to find out what total sales are in the US.

Did you check with the Department of Commerce, the U.S. Trade Commission, or the professional associations for manufacturers? Do a couple of google searches (http://www.google.com) on several versions of your main words and you might find the information. The Internet is amazing!
Thanks for the suggestions. I've done a bunch of google searches without getting too many relevant hits so far. I'll try checking the Dept. of Commerce and other government sites.
The Home Sewing Association http://www.sewing.org is probably the best place to contact for industry information.
