Did you try asking this question at Sew News? That magazine has a section where they tell people where they can find materials and supplies. I do not know if they answer questions one for one or not.
It is worth a try, though. This looks like it will be a hard thing to find. Maybe, too, you could search the web under "sewing purses" or "making purses". Just thoughts I had.
