   On the web, Denver Fabrics and Thai Silks both have great priced white handkerchief linen. Thai Silks may even have pre-made hankies. Dharma Trading, a company that specializes in "blanks" for dying also has cotton ones. Otherwise, I'd use cotton batiste for hankies.

   Thanks so much for the information.  I am not in the hankie making business myself but a good friend asked me for help in finding fabric because her granddaughter wants to make hankies as Christmas gifts.  Beverly
