HELP!Fusible interfacings—can it be…

Dear Friends,

Can one remove fusible interfacings?

I accidently fused some stay tape to the right side of a garment.

It is 3/8″ wide, all along the seam line of the fly zipper on my new slacks.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I suggest that you call the company that produced the fusible tape and ask them. -Kari

*barb, you can probably remove the fusible tape by ironing it to heat it up again (which softens the glue), and then just pulling it off. but you may have some residual dots or blobs of glue left, that you can try to rub off, pick off, or iron onto some other scrap fabric.
