I need assistance on how to bustle the trane on a wedding gown that I am altering. I have done hundreds of alterations but have never created a bustle on a gown. Can anyone give me direcitons on how to do this.

There is a good picture illustration in the book Sewing for Special Occasions. It's in the soft back series put out by Singer. Your local Joann's or WalMart should have a copy. I really think you could go read it at the store, and would have a very good idea of what to do without actually buying the book.
There are two different types of bustling-- underbustling and overbustling, and this will show you both and how to do them step by step.
