I am one of, I suppose few, men who loves to sew. I have a question for the ladies.

I think it has to do with the differance between the full bust and lower bust measurement.

Standard patterens are designed for Cup Size B.  I know how to increase and decrease the bust size, but how do I actually know what cup size a lady is, other that relying on her telling me?
