Hi,
i’m in the middle of a polarfleece vest and have decided I want it to close in front, so was thinking of a front zipper, but it’s the lightest wt fleece. Are there really lightwt zippers or should I consider snaps? If snaps, is there anything out there better than Snapsource? That’s the only one I know about.

Hi Dearborn. I made a really cute vest from fleece and closed it with hooks. I used the kind you might see on "Nordic" style sweater or vest. You sew them on the outside( like a button ). They add a bit of decoration to your vest. I was pleased with the look. Good luck with your project. Jan
