Hi, I just bought this stretch fabric with a fabulous glitter swirl design on it. Everytime I handle it though, glitter is all over the place. Is there a spray or some kind of treatment that I could use to minimize this? Would scotch guard work?

i have the same problem, i was sewing a bridal gown out of tulle covered with glitter and i kept sweeping piles and piles of sand like glitter off the floor not to mention all of the glitter stuck to my hands .
someone said to put it in the freezer- did'nt work.
is there any solution?
