How to remove blue chalk?

kbalinski | Posted in General Sewing Info on

Any tips on removing blue chalk from a white chenille throw blanket?  I used it to center embroidery and need to clean it before sending it to the client.

Hi not sure if it will work, but I'm thinking you could vacuum the surface .

Try using canned air from the wrong side of the throw. I have done this with wedding gowns and fine fabrics. You may also have luck with the Tide to Go stick. PLEASE test it on a small invisible area first!
