Hi--sixties kid here! Strained memory, though! If what you're referring to as "angel blouses" consists of rectangles of fabric sewn together, but edged w/ flat lace, I have a pattern. Have all KINDS of patterns from the 60s, 70s, 80s. The sleeves were rectangles & they were tacked to the bodice over the shoulders. Is this it? They did kinda flutter in the breeze like wings...
