Insert for sewing cabinet

Kathy328 | Posted in General Discussion on

Hello!

I have an older sewing machine cabinet where the machine sets down in it so that it’s even with the tabletop. It also has a front “drop leaf” so you can use the Free arm.  But I am now getting a new sewing machine and I was told that I should get an insert to fill that area so the table top is flat to put the machine on.  OK.. SO my question is…Where can I find sonmething like that?  The cabinet is an older Singer one and I don’t think Singer makes them anymore.  I have emailed them so we’ll see what they say.  But what do you all suggest?

Thanks!!  Kathy

Inserts can be ordered directly from the company that makes them.  I have ordered from them and they are great to do business with.  http://www.dreamworld-inc.com
