I need help understanding the instructions for the bias pant. I can’t for the life of me visualize what step #2 is describing. Not ever sure how to ask the questions so I can understand. I just need clarification of the whole thing. Meanwhile I will keep playing with the sample I have started. If I come up with an ‘ah ha’ I will post it. Any response is appreciated, I need direction.
