   Sandra Betzina also has a DVD on making jackets  called "Anatomy of A Jacket".  It has various techniques in dealing with the steps in making a jacket and also includes at the beginning a section where she deconstructs a number of designer jackets so you can compare them and see how they do it.

   I've just received an Email from http://www.palmerpletsch.com advertising a new DVD which sounds exacrtly like what you require - three hours of every detail of jacket making. The price is $24.95 which is a very a very attractive price for what they are offering.
