Judicial robes

lize | Posted in General Discussion on

I have a completely new subject.  I work for a Judge and as a gift I would like to make him a new robe.  I am looking for a pattern.  I don’t want a costume pattern all the regular pattern books have those I’m looking for a real robe pattern.  If anyone has an idea where I might be able to find one please advise me I’m desperate.

Actually you may want to try the McCalls and Simplicity line of patterns towards the back.  I know several years ago when I was really active making Halloween costumes for people there were a lot of patterns not only for costumes but for the various clergy as well as choir robe patterns.  I bet you will find them there.
