Master Class Article In Current Issue

Pearle | Posted in Feedback on Threads on

Hello,

I have fallen in love with the green silk shell in the Master Class article, and enjoyed the detailed photographs.  I want to reproduce that shell!

I have a couple of questions.  How does Susan suggest we deal with the hem, and the zipper area?  These areas were not discussed in the article, and I would love to do a couture job on the entire shell, not just the neck and armholes.

Again, thank you for a great article!

Pearl 🙂

Me too, please! Thank you, Pearle for starting this 'thread'.

I've got a short length of Silk Noile that is just crying out to be made into this top. Such simple lines, but so useful and stylish. The advice on suitable Underlining and Lining was very helpful.

May we have more info on the Zip insertion, etc. , please.

I want to make this shell too. Will need some appropiate fabric. This is a beauriful and wearable garment.

Judy Neukam is the editor on this article---I will have her respond to this. Thanks!
