Misprint in #136 Jeans Article

Digi | Posted in Feedback on Threads on

I have a question re the jeans article in the latest issue of Threads (Issue #136): On pg 29, Sandra gives the numbers of two of her favorite jeans patterns, but the second one listed (Vogue #1024) is not a jeans pattern, but a jacket pattern.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what pattern she might have been talking about?  I really don’t care for the first one she mentioned (the one that so many have criticized in another thread), and would like to know the second one recommended.  Any thoughts?  Also, I’ve found that Burda patterns usually have such a great fit and are easier to alter to my figure type – so would appreciate any suggestions as to pattern numbers of Burda jeans.  Thanks.

I agree with you, it  looks close and a better one than the Threads had on the cover.  Thanks too for that site I saw several patterns I also want to get. Sincere thanks  :~)  tera

Again thanks and for the extra site I will ck' them out as soon as I have a longer moment to do.  I like the Vogue Styles.  I quickly checked it out and already noted 4 patterns I want. In fact my husband was picking me a craft and sewing magazine and brought a Vogue pattern mag. home too.  To me they are the Sears Wish book we would look at when we were kids - chosing and making out our wish list.  I could get lost in my craft and sewing project and then ... oh yeah I need to eat.  hahahahahaaa  sincere thanks, :~)  tera

Thanks so much for the pattern number; and also to those who had other suggestions.  I appreciate each one.

      Thanks again.
