mother-in-law needs help

Hello–a while ago I started to make a western style shirt for my SIL. I have it completed except for the collar and front plackets, they are cut out but not attached. It’s a McCall’s pattern. I can’t find the instruction booklet….and pattern is not in stores any more.
I’d like to finish it for Christmas…can you help me?

Valerie, if all you need is general instructions for the
collar and front plackets, Kwik-Sew has women's western
shirt patterns, and their instructions are usually quite

Even though your McCall's pattern might be out of print, I
do have the impression that either McCall's or Simplicity
has a current western shirt pattern in the catalogue. You
might want to go through those
