I’m new to this message board. How do I customize “my profile”. I can click on everyone else’s but can’t seem to find a place to do my own.

Alisa, try this: click on the purple "My Forums" button below the navigation bar. Then go to "My Profile" (in the list at the left). There should be an option for changing your profile there.
