Need help finding a fabric match! Never ordered fabric online

Hello! I stumbled upon these pictures on Pinterest and fell in love with this gown! I am hoping to attempt to recreate it to wear to my brothers wedding. I haven’t had any luck in finding a color/material match at any of my local fabric stores. Do you have any recommendations where I could find similar materials online? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I highly recommend Ginny's Fine Fabrics! Ginny could probably tell you exactly what fabric this dress is made from, or suggest fabrics (and send samples) of what she has that would recreate the dress beautifully. Try going to the image search section on e-commerce platforms to find this fabric material.
I’d suggest checking out Mood Fabrics or Fabric.com.
The base fabric looks like a Swiss dot. Try BandJfabrics.com or farmhousefabrics.com
remember it’s pretty easy to die cotton laces so if you find the right lace in white, you could match the base fabric
The colour match is so exact the dress may have been garment dyed. However, if that is the case, everything is probably cotton including the thread. Before dyeing the dress you would want to dye all the elements to see that they take the dye consistently.
