Hello Fellow Designers, Sewers and Crafters alike,
I’m new here to this site and just finished uploading some of my work. I’ve entered them in the ultimate sewing competition for fun so I’ve got my fingers crossed for a good outcome. I’d love for any of you, if you have a free minute to check out my posts and let me know what you think. I value questions, comments and or concerns from my peers very much so if you feel like commenting please do!

I was only able to view one of your projects but it was well worth looking at.
I loved the colour and print of the shirt .........really nice, would love my husband to wear something like that!. I also liked the origami sleeves........with echoes of armour. Great outfit.
I will try again to view the other 2 projects.
Many thanks for sharing
I could only bring up 2125. And it is a knockout. I love making things out of leftovers and hand-me-downs!

I like the mustard short jacket. Lovely shaped edges and interesting sleeves.
Are you a fan of "pattern magic" the japanese pattern cutting books or recommend other favourite pattern cutting books.
Yes, I like the Pattern Magic books. I also enjoy the books "Couture Sewing Techniques" and "The Art of Manipulating Fabric". Both serve as huge sources on inspiration. That sleeve came to fruition as most of my work does by draping/playing with muslin on my form and going from there.
