   I'm in Dublin too and when my issue had not arrived and all that discussion was going on about the top in issue 143 (which incidentally is a whole other big story) my curiosity about that got me to contact subscriptions and they immediately forwarded my copy to me. So yes I think you should follow it up with them.For the record I got my copy last week.
