Hi KarenM,
Are you looking to just get an occasional issue or do you want a subscription? There is currently a discussion about Patrones on the Sewing Pattern Review website and I've found a lot of info there.

There is a store in NYC called Around the World that seems to carry it but apparently they don't always have a lot of copies.

People also seem to be getting it from eBay from a German seller. I just subscribed via modeinfo.com - they are also a German company.
I love Patrones and a few of the other hard to find (in the US) magazines and I wish they were easier to get. Good luck!
