Hi,
Just thought I would share where I got one last month: Around the World store (magazines, etc.) in NYC. I called 212-575-8543 and they happened to have it so they sent it out by Fed Ex Ground for a total of about $18. I think they sell out quickly so it is a matter of luck. I have also gotten one at Stoff-Art on Ebay where they sent from Germany but that is more expensive and a long wait unless you have it sent by air. Occasionally there is a bidding war on Ebay for this magazine when sold by a private party. Otherwise going to Mexico or Europe seems to be where they are found.
