Pattern files

BloomAgainBoutique | Posted in Pattern Discussion on

Patterns can become so messed up after using them and then trying to put them back into the small envelope they come in can be frustrating!
I decided to find an easier way to manage my patterns.  I purchased file pocket folders, tape the pattern envelope in the front and file away the pattern pieces.  Works like a charm!

I slice the pattern envelops open and paste them to large manila envelopes, which I file in bankers' boxes. Uncut patterns are stored in the vintage pattern boxes. I wish the vintage cardboard pattern boxes were still available!

I copy the front of the pattern on my printer. Then use a a loose leaf not for this copy. File pattern by numbers in your file boxes.
