Take a look at patternshowcase.com. They carry Burda and Neue Mode, both of which have some reasonably good men's patterns. For basic things, Kwik Sew has a fair number of patterns that, I've heard, are well-drafted and fit more like RTW than Vogue, McCall's or Simplicity.
