Thank you for your picture posting help . However i do not have{ word }on my PC . Word is needed to open your Doc. Word hasn’t been included in PC software for quite some yrs now . Micro. includes Works nowadays at least 5 yrs that i’m aware of having purchased 3 machines in that time period .But i can figure out from your post i think how to do . So here goes as a test .Thanks Rekha
