On page 69 of the Summer 2023 issue, there is a closeup of a beautiful picot-style edge finish but no description of the technique/tools used to create it. It appears it may rely on a decorative stitch/wing needle combo that is then trimmed outside of the stitching, but I would love to know precisely how it was done.
