I just bought 3 yards of micro polyester, but I don’t know how to preshrink it. Could anyone show me how to do it?

Polyester probably won't shrink but just throw the piece in the washer and dryer on the same settings you plan to use for the finished garment. I always serge the ends of pieces before I wash them but your microfiber probably isn't very apt to fray.
