I need to know what would be the appropriate type of fusible webbing I should use in order to stabilize t-shirt fabric for cutting and quilting.

If you are referring to stabalizing the T-shirt fabric to make a T-shirt quilt, I used a fusible tricot interfacing. It worked great!
*Victoria, thank you for the info. Is there a particular brand name that you have used? If you have any additional hints in putting together a t-shirt quilt top-they would really be appreciated. I am making a quilt for the daughters of a friend that passed away from breast cancer, she was an avid runner and collected many t-shirts for the "run for a cure". Thought her daughters' might like it as a keepsake. Thx, Permellia
*Try using sashing and bold border. My daughter and I have used 6 bold solids as the sashing; used black as the final border. She also wanted the backs of some of the shirts on the quilt back. Although this was a little tougher, I just lined them up, and top stitched them onto the quilt back at the spot needed. She liked plaid flannel as the back and with Warm and Natural batting; it turned out great. The quilting done was "stitch in the ditch". She wanted it for remembering. I'd quilt around the t-shirt designs, if it's to be washed much. Enjoy. Tears of happiness when your quilt is seen and felt, are healing tears, too. May God's blessing be in every stitch, as it is in each tear.
