Sandra Betzina has on her web site instructions for lining a vest that can also be used to make a reversible vest. Go into the site at http://www.sandrabetzina.com then choose Columns. Follow Step 1, then at Step 2, click to look at the Example which is the Gold Medal Vest Lining. You don't need to pay a subscription to get at this.
