hello all I am asking this on behalf of a friend of mine who is screen printing T shirts which she has made . They area polyester cotton and she is finding that the black in the print is running after its been washed . The other colours are ok . Any ideas about why this might be happening and does anyone know of any sights which discuss this process?? Thanks marianne

not knowing what product she used, but assuming she bought the correct stuff, she should return to the store with the inks and a ruined tshirt. better yet she neds to contact the maker of the ink (a phone # or address should appear on the label somewhere) to complain. provided she followe washing instructions provided with the ink itself, i would hope they would reimburse her for more than the cost of ink. how many did she make? are they all ruined? i hope this was just the first one she did as a test before printing them all!
