searching for remembered threads article

hello all….this is the first online forum i have ever signed onto……i earn my living sewing….mostly silk and velvet with some vintage fabrics……accessories…..flowing garments, mostly……i am searching my vast collection of threads mags trying to find an article from the last year or two about making a vest from a rectangular shawl…….front panels on bias, soft lapels……does anyone know the issue #…….can’t find a hint in threads index…..it’s making me crazy that i cant find it…….thank you and i look forward to sew talk…….pash77

I remembered this was called the "Istanbul Vest", and still could not find it in the index. I found the issue, though. It is #133, October/November 2007.
