Seeking Unusual Pin Backs. . .

I make quilted pins and am looking for pin backs which do NOT have the conventional safety catch (the little round clasp which holds the pin shut). Rather, the style I’m looking for has the pin mounted with some spring tension so that it can be slid under an open catch/hook. These are so much easier to manipulate for people with arthritis or any other fine-motor difficulty. I’ve exhausted all of my craft suppliers and catalogs and come up empty. Can anybody tell me where I can buy these in quantity? Many thanks!

    I am also (like Melanie Spewack) looking for pinbacks with a spring & hook rather than a hinge & swivel closure, and that can be glued to plastic or have a self-adhesive....
