Serger machine

Homesew | Posted in General Discussion on

Hi

I have a Brother 1034D serger which I am very pleased with except (you knew there would be one) it cannot do a cover stitch.  Has anyone else got this machine or found a way around this useful stitch.

I saw a lovely design for a cushion using serged cover stitches on shrinkable interfacing – the result was a padded effect pillow/cushion.  .

Any ideas?
