Does anyone know anything about whether the Sew Perfect show on HGTV will begin filming new episodes? There has apparently been some doubt about the future of the show and now they are showing nothing but reruns. Any news from any source?
This is my favorite TV show, and I never miss taping it. I have learned so much! If they take it off the air, I will not be watching HGTV again for any reason.

The word on this in a discussion at http://www.sewingworld.com (under "Patterns & Fitting") was that they were not going to be taping ANY new Betzina shows. Lots of members at SW wrote or e-mailed HGTV to protest, but I haven't heard that any of us received an answer of any type. Nevertheless, you could certainly tell them how you feel at http://www.hgtv.com. It couldn't hurt.
*Starting October 2, Sew Perfect will be on HGTV Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday and (can't remember which day) another show will be at 2:30 p.m. No new shows, but the older ones will be on more often. If you go to http://www.hgtv.com you can see and print off a schedule of the shows: name, number and times.HGTV "listened when we spoke!" It's it a shame that JoAnn's doesn't listen.
