Hi Everyone,
Iwould like to know if anybody here adds extra height to the sleeve cap after a shoulder alteration? I am always having trouble with armholes and sleeves.
Hope to hear from you,

I think it depends on what you did to the armhole. If you made the shoulder seam wider to eliminate a bodice wrinkle, you made the armhole smaller so you wouldn't want to add to the sleeve cap. I'd try moving the bottom of the armhole down the same amount as you took up in the shoulder seam. That way you'd have the same size armhole for the the sleevecap. But I think you'll get a lot of suggestions from sewers who have programs for making slopers and have done some careful measuring. rjf
