It looks to me like a Christmas fabric. You might try Joanne's -- they had several snowflake fabrics last December that looked very similar. They might not have them in stock until next winter, though. Cynthia
Just a thought -- you might try sheer curtains. I've seen those flocked in different designs. Is there a possibility that the creator of that veil cloak also created the fabric? I notice the snow flake embroidery on the red and black cloaks was an original design done after research and digitized by them. You might, however, be able to find something similar. Maybe try Googling "flocked organza" or something similar.Good luck.
