Hi there. I’m new to the discussion groups and have a question concerning the sofa wrap instructions included in Issue 99. I would like to give it a try, however my sofa has T-cushions. Has anyone done this with a T-cushion sofa and if so did you have to do anything different to get the fit?
Thank you for any information you can give me.

The sofa wrap article interested me because the drawings looked so beautiful. However, having done many slipcovers for various sofas and chairs, I really wondered how long those beautiful wraps will stay beautiful after someone sat on the sofa.
Since the sofa wrap was draped, t-cushions shouldn't present a problem, but for more stability, you might want to cover the cushions separately in the same fabric so that they don't look like bumps in the arms of the sofa.
Thanks so much for your thoughts. As our sofa is seldom used by anyone other than our cats, I don't think the wrinkles will worry us too much. I think I am going to give it a try after the first of the year.
You might want to drape the uncut fabric over the sofa first to get an idea of what it will look like with the sofa wrap. Also, your kitties will probably adore the extra flaps of loose fabric in the cover, so you might want to test the concept with cheap fabric or sheets first!
