I suggest that you call SEW TRUE, a great sewing supplies company, and ask them. Phone No. is 1-800-SEW-TRUE. I did not see this item in this catalog but they may still have it or may be able to tell you where else you should look. You may have to buy the cord by the yard or spool and then cut it and knot it your self, or put some stops put on the ends. I have seen this item in some of my other catalogs but not today.
*I suggest that you call the Norman Shatz Company at 1-800-939-3966. I saw their advertisement offering drawstring cords, cord locks, bungee cords, and shock cords. Or look up .
*I saw them in a edirectory for hat supplies, they were called "hat elastic with barbs" I was at the Concord Merchandise Corp e site, but I am sure other hat suppliers would have them.
